Your website design is a one-off payment. You pay for the website to be built once, not every year.
Like any website, it also needs hosting and ongoing maintenance to stay online and work properly. That's where our Managed Hosting & Care plans come in.
Hosting & Care is required with every website, with an initial 12-month commitment. Plans start from £30 per month, matched to the size of your website.
Each plan includes hosting, routine technical upkeep, email support and up to 15 minutes of minor content updates per month. Unused update time does not roll over.
Google Business Profile setup assistance helps you create or claim your listing and complete your profile. It does not guarantee verification, search rankings or visibility in Google Search or Maps.

Hosting & Care is required for all Pond Jumper websites, with an initial 12-month commitment. Minor content updates are limited to 15 minutes per month and do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, additional functionality and more extensive changes are quoted separately.
Your initial Hosting & Care agreement runs for 12 months. After that, you may continue your plan on a rolling monthly basis, or request a supported transfer of your website to another GoDaddy account. A transfer fee applies and is quoted at the time of request. Transfers are subject to technical feasibility within the GoDaddy platform.

We're Tammi and Sara, the women behind The Pond Jumper.
Between us, we've spent decades helping businesses communicate, build their brands and connect with customers. We've worked with everyone from independent businesses to internationally recognised names, and we've learned something important along the way: great design and effective communication shouldn't be reserved for companies with enormous budgets.
That's why we created The Pond Jumper.
We combine professional design, marketing and communications expertise with a personal, straightforward approach to building websites. You'll work directly with us, not a succession of account managers.

With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and decades of experience spanning design, marketing, branding and digital communications, Tammi brings creative and commercial knowledge to every project.
Her career began in specialist illustration and design before expanding into marketing, social media, brand development and website creation. Having also worked as a managing director, she understands that a good website needs to do more than look attractive. It needs to communicate clearly, build trust and help a business grow.
Today, she combines that experience with a practical, personal approach to creating affordable websites for independent businesses.

Sara brings more than 30 years of experience in PR, marketing and communications, having founded and led award-winning agencies and worked with internationally recognised organisations including Disney, BBC, Warner Bros. and Cancer Research UK.
Her expertise lies in understanding what makes a business stand out and finding the right words to communicate it. From brand positioning and compelling copy to marketing strategy and customer engagement, Sara knows how to turn a business's strengths into a message that connects.
